Video Game Lesson Flow

Warm Up Chat

We start with a five minute warm up chat and review of the previous phrases and vocabulary.  This is to get the student warmed up.

Video Call

​Introduction of Language

We move onto a 10 to 15 minute introduction of the language we'll be using for the lesson.  This includes phrases, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Role Play Situations

We design and practice mini-scenarios inspired by the game, giving participants opportunities to apply them during gameplay.

Gameplay

We practice communication and using the language during actual game play.

Wrap Up

We provide feedback on pronunciation, application of new language, and discuss future lessons.
